Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our ultimate priority, and while returns and exchanges are accepted, we do have the following requirements:

• Equipment and Parts returns/exchances must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• BASES
  • BASES must be less than two years old.
    • CORK must be less than six months old.
  • All BASES must pass current QC specs
  • Excess BASE returns will receive a 100% refund based on the purchase date.
  • IGHQ  will accept BASES  that fail QC or are older than than two year / six month for disposal.  No refunds will be given on this type of return.
  • Pails  of BASES  will not be accepted for refund.  Pails of BASES will be accepted for disposal.
• You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange any items.

Carefully read the following instructions to ensure returns or exchanges go as seamlessly as possible:

1. Login to http://chemcart.chemstation.com
2. Choose your name from the top of the page
3. Select RMA from the drop down menu
4. Completely fill out the form (including LOT #, if applicable).
5. Select the I Agree check box
6. Submit Request

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email. You must include the RMA number along with a copy of your packing slip. Upon receiving your items, we will notify you through email, and the refund/exchange will be processed (Again, refund will be in the amount of your original purchase.)

NOTE:  Items returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for refund/exchange.  Also, BASES returned without proper or correct LOT # will not be eligible for refund/exchange and will be disposed.
